Scene Introduction:
Travel through six specially themed zones. We start with Inspiration, with the canals and elegant squares of The Venetian Macao and the backdrop of singing gondoliers where we meet the Penguins of Madagascar. Next we move on to Shrek’s Swamp, to see Shrek, Fiona and their friends celebrate the holidays with a strong sense of Family Values. Then it’s off to Madagascar where Alex and his friends party down in the spirit of Friendship. Further on we come to the Isle of Berk, to see a tightly-knit Community where Vikings and Dragons live harmoniously together. At the Jade Palace we get a taste of Chinese Tradition from Po, the Kung Fu Panda and friends. Finally we return to The Venetian Macao to join the Penguins in a final Celebration.

• The exhibit venue is kept at a frigid -8 degree Celsius. Closed-toe shoes, hats, gloves and long pants are strongly recommended. Hooded coats will be provided for your warmth and comfort inside the show in a variety of sizes for children and adults. Hats, gloves and socks may be purchased on site. Shoes are available for hire in limited numbers and sizes.

Entry Eligibility

• Admission will be granted only to persons aged 3 or above by temperature and safety concern.


• Children below the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Parents shall have the full responsibility to look after their children.

General Terms & Condition

• Adults are required to actively supervise their children at all times.


• The Participant is required to follow the instructions of the Duty Staff at all times.


• The Slide is not recommended for the Participant with the following conditions, including but not limited to:

                  o Intoxication;
                  o Heart or breathing difficulties;
                  o High blood pressure;
                  o Muscle, bone, neck or back problems;
                  o Spinal problems;
                  o Pregnancy; and/or
                  o Had recent surgery or illness​
 

• Climbing, disorderly behavior, leaning against the ice sculpture, rides or display is strictly prohibited. Direct contact with any part of the attraction is strictly prohibited.


• High heel shoes are not permitted.


• All guests shall have the full responsibility to look after their own health and safety.


• Tickets are not transferable nor refundable and valid for one entry only.


• The Last Entry time to the exhibit is 7:30pm. Entry will be refused after the last entry time. The Last Entry Time is subject to change, and The Venetian® Macao has sole discretion to determine the Last Entry Time on the day.


• Operations hours may subject to be changed in coordinate to the special events or functions, where a notice will be posted at the entrance of the exhibit to notify all guests.


• There is no washroom inside the exhibit venue, guests should access to the public washroom located at L3.


• The Venetian Macao and its partners reserve the right to refuse entry to the Venue for any reasons deemed necessary.


• No self bring-in food and beverage items are permitted within the exhibit. Food and beverage is exclusive service inside exhibit hall.


• Smoking is strictly not permitted within the area behind ticket control and particularly within the exhibit halls


• Any conduct deemed disorderly by the Venue will result in a forfeit of entry ticket and removal from the Venue


• These Terms and Conditions may be changed at the discretion of The Venetian Macao, at any time without notice


• The Chinese version of “Terms of Conditions” is only a translation of the English version, and is provided for reference only. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall (for all intents and purposes) prevail and be treated as the correct version.
