For Chinese New Year 2017, Lotus Palace is offering three delicious set menus. Expect to see luxury and auspicious items featured, such as braised bird’s nest soup with assorted seafood, and Poon Choi, including Australian abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw, goose webs, dried scallops, tiger prawns, dried oysters and vegetables.
