Tutor Lai Sio Kit - Educational Background and Career

Lai Sio Kit is a full-time artist and a member of the China Artists' Association. He holds leadership roles in the Macau Artist Society and the Macau Art For All Society.

Lai graduated with a bachelor's and master's degree in oil painting from the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA) in Beijing. His works have been exhibited in Macau, China, Portugal, the U.S., South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and more. He has held 16 solo exhibitions, including "Single Moment" and "The Secret Garden."Lai is also the President of the Macau Youth Art Association and partners with the Macau Art Society Association, currently collaborating with Sands Gallery.

Parapluies d'Art – Umbrella Art

Date: Saturdays 17, 24, 31 August & 7 September
Time Slots: 13:00 – 15:00 and 15:30 – 17:30
Transform plain umbrellas into vibrant works of art! This workshop includes fun activities like drawing with water pens, oil pastels, line drawing, and engaging storytelling talks. It perfectly combines education and entertainment to spark your little one's love for art and bring home a memory of your stay at The Parisian Macao in the shape of a painted umbrella.
Note: Suitable for participants aged four and above; no prior painting experience required.

Lumières Créatives – Lampshade Creation

Date: Sundays 18, 25 August & 1, 8 September
Time Slots: 10:30 – 13:00 and 13:30 – 16:00
Create stunning silhouette lamps using Japanese techniques. Under Lai Sio Kit's expert guidance, participants will cut, piece and paste decorative glass paper to craft personalized artworks that produce beautiful glowing silhouettes. This hands-on experience introduces children to the mesmerizing world of light and shadows.
Note: Suitable for participants aged eight and above; no prior experience in printmaking required

Waffle Delights

Douceur de l'amour by Danzi Snack is a charming waffle shop concept serving egg waffles and egg balls tailored for The Parisian Macao.
As part of the experience, you can take a photo with the signature Pink heart-shaped waffle or the Pink heart-shaped bubble waffle in front of the Eiffel Tower to share your very own Parisian, Joie De Vivre moments.
