- Redemption of Hong Kong to Macao route Tickets, is available at the Cotai Water Jet ticketing counters in the Hong Kong Macao Ferry Terminal (located at Sheung Wan), guest shall present his/her hotel confirmation and personal ID / Passport (original copy). Tickets redemption is available only on guest's check-in date of the Hotel Package.
- Redemption of Macao to Hong Kong route Tickets, is available at designated hotel concierges on the arrival date till the check-out date. ** The departure date of Tickets must be within 7 days upon redemption.
- Redemption of complimentary Cotai Water Jet Ferry Ticket(s) is limited to Cotai Class only, that is between Hong Kong (Sheung Wan) to Macau (Taipa) city route.
- Cotai Water Jet Cotai Class Ferry Tickets for this Hotel Packages are limited to seat availability. In the case that seats are full, Cotai Class Ferry Tickets for the next sailing schedule will be provided.
- For any advance paid or complimentary Cotai Water Jet Ferry Ticket(s) or tickets issued by other ferry operators, Company will not be responsible for any form of full or partial reimbursement or refund.
